 Feature Writers: Amina Munoz-Ali and Susan Scutti

 Amina was born and raised in New York City and has been writing poetry and short fiction since she was 12 years old. She currently lives in the Sunset Park area of Brooklyn which is a major theme of her most recent work.

 Susan writes: Everything I write is centered on identity: I write about individuals and how they are transfigured by their relationships and circumstance. I write about desire and fear and need. And sometimes I write about the changes which are rooted in time.
